It's best to think of Winston Lockridge as a cross between Donald Trump and Dick Cheney. Basically Winston is an egomaniac that is capalitism's poster child. Not only is he a wealthy business owner, but he's also one of the most powerful people in Ion Valley. He's great with public relations which also explains his role in politics. However, he fails to disclose his business practices and how his companies operate. While Lockridge Industries has indeed played a vital role in Ion Valley's development, there are whispers that this comes at a great cost, and we aren't talking about money. I'd think of their culture as a cross between Tesla Motors, Apple, and perhaps a bit of Aperture Science. They do amazing stuff with the smartest and geekiest nerds alive, but they're also hovering on borderline mad science. Many would like to see inside the facilities, few will ever get to.
